Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
i’ve been listening to practically nothing but this guy all month. far and above one of the best witch house producers i’ve discovered.
this is from their FREE ep, available here : http://auralsects.bandcamp.com/album/eenwvff
In premise this album is epic, poignant, crushing, etc. It’s all of those adjectives people would use to describe any proper amalgam of metal, post-rock, and screamo. However, this album goes beyond what I’ve been just slapping down on this word processor document. I haven’t been stirred by an album like this in a long long time. There is a divine power boiling inside of Blessed Are the Bonds that makes it feel like the stars are aligning or some shit. The album isn’t perfect with its minor production issues, but there’s mounds and mounds of amazing music here.

earlier today a band that i dig and follow tweeted a link to download and listen to this guys’ EP. i followed it and have just finished a first play.
it’s quite a wonderful little EP. a mix of Downtempo Electronica, Trip Hop and a little bit of Chillwave
the EP is FREE and is HERE.

GOBBLE GOBBLE are a band. they are an awesome band. they play a weird and obsessive kind of electro indie rock/pop. they have one full album, a mix tape and a hand full of EPs. if you follow the link that is in the title of this post it will take you to where the band offers all of these for download for free. do it. you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Purity Ring has offered up the b-side to its earlier release, the glorious glitch pop belter, Ungirthed. whilst not as dizzying as its a-side companion, Lofticries is a just as dreamy and cloud covered.
the .mp3 file is hosted by Pitchfork and is readily downloadable (free) from their site.
